Dedicated to Girl Scouts in 1926, Lou Henry Hoover Girl Scout House is the oldest active scout meeting house today. Named after former First Lady Lou Henry Hoover, who established the first West Coast troop and served as president of Girl Scout USA, the meeting house is located in Palo Alto, next to a lovely city park, public pool, local zoo, junior museum, and easy access to downtown Palo Alto. A wonderful building for troop activities, trainings, and overnights.
