The Aquatics Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of a swimming and boating program that is safe and appropriate for camper abilities and oversee the management of the physical operation of the aquatic’s facilities and equipment.

The Counselor in Training (CIT) Lead Counselor is the primary caregiver for older campers. These campers are enrolled in various stages of the Counselor in Training (CIT) program. This person should have supervisory or leadership experience. They must develop and deliver leadership training that is safe, fun and appropriate for the campers’ ages and abilities. They are also responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating and carrying out an established leadership program for 9th – 12th graders.
