Register for Summer Camp
2024 Camp Registration will open in Winter 2024. Details will be shared here before the end of this calendar year.
Campers do not have to be Girl Scouts to register for camp! Our camps are open to everyone who identifies with the girl experience, without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or ability. If you are attending troop camp, family camp, or one of our council-run resident camps, please follow the steps below to sign up.
-
Sign Up for a Session
First, download our Summer Camp Brochure (PDF) to see all of our current offerings. Once you've decided on a program, you can find the program and register here.
Once you register, you’ll receive a receipt indicating your camp program, payment, and links to important information, such as packing lists, driving instructions, open house dates, and more.
Session grade levels reflect the school grade your camper will begin in the upcoming fall and also correspond to the Girl Scout program levels (Daisy K–1, Brownie 2–3, Junior 4-5, Cadette 6–8, Senior 9–10, Ambassador 11–12).
-
Pay for Camp
At the time of registration, individuals attending overnight camp sessions may either pay the full amount or a 10% (non-refundable) deposit. If only paying the deposit, your receipt will indicate the date that your final balance is due. Your final payment will be due four weeks before your camp session starts.
Using Cookie Reward Cards
Campers can also pay for all or part of their camp registration with the rewards they earn through the GSNorCal product programs. Girls who sell 3,000 packages of cookies can earn a free camp session at any of our council-run camps! If you are not able to afford the camp deposit before your camper completes her product program, please contact us at registration@gsnorcal.org. We want to make sure that your hard-working camper is able to use their reward cards towards camp.
Financial Aid
Any camper who lives within Girl Scouts of Northern California’s jurisdiction is eligible to apply for financial help to attend one of our Girl Scout camps! The Financial Aid application is directly embedded in the camp registration form, and we encourage all families to complete it. If you missed it at registration, please email registration@gsnorcal.org for assistance.
